Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll be asked for your delivery and payment details. Once you click "Pay securely", your order is placed and you'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed through our secure payment system.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us at hello@miola.co.uk as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive an automatic confirmation email after placing your order. Please check it carefully and contact us immediately if anything looks incorrect.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
How long will my order take?
Smaller items are typically delivered within 8 working days. Larger items are delivered within 14 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. For larger items, the manufacturer's delivery team may contact you to arrange a convenient date.
Do you deliver directly from suppliers?
Some items are sent directly from our suppliers rather than from our own warehouse. This means your order may arrive in separate parcels — we'll let you know if this is the case.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. Once signed for, we are unable to replace items unless they are faulty. If you notice any damage or issues, contact us immediately via our contact page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 8 working days of receiving your parcel. Please send us a photograph of the damage so we can assess the issue. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?

How long do refunds take?
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. During busy periods this can take up to 14 days. Refunds are always issued via your original payment method.
Products
Are your products true to colour?
We do our best to represent colours accurately in our photography. However, slight variations can occur due to screen settings and the natural character of handcrafted or organic materials. Any notable variation is flagged on the product page.
What if a product I want is out of stock?
If a product is unavailable or has been discontinued, we'll contact you by email to let you know and discuss alternatives or a full refund.
