Shipping Policy

Shipping costs and delivery is for UK mainland only. Some of our items are sent to you directly from our manufacturers, not by our own courier.

Smaller items are delivered within 8 working days. Larger items are delivered within 14 working days unless otherwise stated. For larger items, the manufacturer's delivery team may contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Some items may be on back order and can take 6–8 weeks to be delivered. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.

When your item arrives please check it carefully, as once signed for we cannot replace it unless faulty. If you are not satisfied with the condition on arrival, please contact us immediately via our contact page.

Returns Policy

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. If the item is damaged, you will need to send us a picture of the damaged or faulty item in the first instance. We will then inspect the item and if our inspection confirms the damage or fault, we will refund your return cost (please note we will only refund the collection cost we would charge) and issue a replacement (if in stock) or a refund as appropriate. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect or is not fit for purpose, we will offer you a replacement, a repair or a refund.

Please note: we do not accept returns on sale items unless they are faulty or damaged.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear. Please make sure to read all care instructions on the product page and any disclaimer on product variation due to their organic nature. If an item is not cared for as per our guidelines and recommendations, and the product has been damaged because of this, we cannot be responsible and we will not be able to issue a replacement or a refund.

Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We will notify you of your refund or replacement via email. We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached our warehouse. However, returns can take up to 14 days to be processed, especially during busy periods.

We will refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase and will send email confirmation once done.
